Below are an assortment of formulas that might be helpful in caring for your body from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. Pick & choose as needed & remember that: herbs have a long history of being used around the world. MASSAGE OILS FOR . . .
All essential oils must be used in a carrier base. We recommend using almond, grapeseed, olive or apricot kernal oils. You can also use water as your carrier.
For Over-Exercised Muscles:

MASSAGE OILS FOR . . .
5 drops eucalyptus5 drops peppermint
5 drops ginger1 oz carrier oil
Leg Strain:
10 drops ginger5 drops clove
5 drops nutmeg1 oz carrier oil
10 drops Roman Chamomile
Stimulating Sauna Blend:
3 drops pine3 drops rosemary
2 drops niaouli10 drops grapefruit
use 4 drops at a time
Relaxing Sauna Blend:
10 drops sandalwood5 drops lemon
2 drops geranium
use 4 drops at a time

AROMATIC SPRITZER FOR . . .
Locker Room Spray & Wipe:
10 drops cinnamon10 drops lemon
10 drops pine10 drops thyme
5 drops oregano3 ounces water
Blend the essential oils in 1 tbs of vodka. Add to the water. Shake before using.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW . . .

For Aches & Pains:

  • Arnica Cream: a homeopathic remedy to be used topically
  • Arnica Pellets: a homeopathic remedy to be used internally
  • White Flower Analgesic: "hot" topical relief
  • St. Johnswort Oil: "cool" topical relief
