Notes of caution:

  • If you have high blood pressure or epilepsy, AVOID rosemary.
  • If you have sensitive skin, AVOID lemon, peppermint & eucalyptus.
  • If you are pregnant, AVOID juniper, rosemary, peppermint, basil, Atlas cedar, clary sage & marjoram.
  • If you plan to be in the sun, AVOID orange, lemon & bergamot; they can cause skin sensitivity.
